All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery, as reported by the respective third-party package delivery company, to qualify for return. Return requests received more than fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery are not eligible for return. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized to be returned, shall be at the customer's expense. Please note that Buyer's Remorse returns are eligible for a 20% restocking fee.

This school supply kit comes with a 17" clear backpack and basic elementary school supply pack. These clear backpacks with assorted color trim measure 17" x 12" x 5.5". The school supply pack includes one 3-ring pencil pouch, one pencil sharpener, one 0.28 oz glue stick, one 16-piece Crayon pack, 1 pink beveled eraser, and 6 #2 HB pencils.
Almost everything a child would need to be successful on the first day of school is included. There are 24 backpacks and 24 pouch kits per case.
