The Intoxilyzer 800 Handheld Breath Alcohol Tester utilizes the industry’s only sanitary side exhaust system minimizing the operator’s exposure to exhaled breath. A large bright multi-color display, straightforward menu, and positive grip design make the I-800 effortless to use while maintaining control of any situation.

This instrument incorporates the latest electrochemical fuel cell, microcontroller, and display technology to provide an easy to operate rugged screener. Most importantly, there is no warm-up time, and it’s always ready to use. The testing sequence is fast and easy. In addition, the quick instrument recovery time allows for testing on several people within a short time.

The breath alcohol detector has two modes of operation: Active and Passive in order to fit any testing situation. It comes with 10 mouthpieces, and you can get a pack of Disposable Mouthpieces for Intoxilyzer 800 here.

Intoxilyzer 800 Handheld Breath Alcohol Tester Specs:

  • Detector: Electrochemical fuel cell
  • Specificity: Fuel cell sensor is unaffected by acetone, paint and glue fumes, foods, confections, methane, and practically any other substance found in the human breath
